Daily health, cleaning and medicine logs for your animals, audit-ready for every open day.

Keepers log every animal on the mobile app, offline in the barn: daily health checks, cleaning rounds and any medicines given. The admin portal keeps it all in one audit-ready record, so you can show a clean welfare trail whenever an inspector visits.

The keeper apps are in an invite-only beta. Early-access spots open now.

The regime

A clean daily welfare record, ready for inspection.

Farm parks and open farms run on a clean daily record: health checks, cleaning rounds and any medicines given, logged as they happen and ready to show on an open day. ZooLog gives your keepers that: a fast, offline daily welfare log, kept per animal or group in one audit-ready place. If part of your collection is non-domesticated (meerkats, reptiles, exotic birds, wallabies and the like are wild animals in law), exhibiting them to the public may bring a zoo licence with it, and ZooLog keeps that side of the collection the same way. It is not a livestock-movement or farm-assurance system and it does not replace your zoonoses or visitor-safety controls; your local authority confirms what you need, and none of this is legal advice.

Good to know: ZooLog keeps the daily welfare record (health, cleaning and medicines) and the list of your animals, ready to show on an open day. Keep your existing farm-assurance, livestock-movement and zoonoses controls; ZooLog does not replace them.

Questions

Answers for petting farms.

Does a petting farm need a zoo licence?

It depends what you keep. Exhibit non-domesticated animals (meerkats, reptiles, exotic birds and the like) to the public seven or more days a year and you likely need a zoo licence. Purely domestic farmyard animals fall under different rules; your local authority is the one to confirm.

Do you handle livestock movements or farm assurance?

No. ZooLog keeps the daily welfare log and a record of your animals; it is not a livestock-movement or farm-assurance system. Keep those records as you do now.

Can I keep records per group?

Yes. Record per animal where it makes sense and per group where it does not, which suits a mixed farm collection.

Is it available yet?

The admin portal is live; the keeper apps are in an invite-only beta, not yet in the app stores. Join early access and we will set your farm park up.

Does it really work offline?

Yes. Keepers log at the animal with no signal; everything syncs automatically when a connection returns. Nothing is lost.
