These terms govern your use of the ZooLog website and app, provided by Marks AI (“we”, “us”). By using ZooLog you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

Your account

You're responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping login details secure, and for the activity of keepers you invite. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Your data

The animal records and content you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service. We process that data under our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access data you're not entitled to, and no reselling access without our agreement.

Plans & payment

The Free plan is provided free of charge within its limits. Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or on your account. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated.

Availability & changes

We work hard to keep ZooLog available and to improve it, but the service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We may update features and, with reasonable notice, these terms.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in your plan agreement. ZooLog supports your record-keeping but does not replace your own responsibility for regulatory compliance.
